View Medication, Custom Activity, Measurement or Reminder History

You can view the history (whether you Took, Skipped or Missed) of any Medication, Custom Activity, Measurement or Reminder. Follow the steps below:

  • Login to your MedHelper app
  • Tap on the Care Plan tab
  • Tap on any Medication, Custom Activity, Measurement or Reminder to view the details page
  • Tap on the History tab
