Recording a Measurement (no reminders)

If you have a Measurement in your Care Plan with no reminders you can easily record a value. Follow the steps below:

• Login to your My Active Health app
• Tap on the Care Plan tab
• Tap on the Measurement
• Enter your Value
• Change the Time if necessary
• Tap on Save button
