View Medication, Custom Activity, Measurement, Reminder or Exercise History

You can view the history (whether you Took, Skipped or Missed) of any Medication, Custom Activity, Measurement, Reminder or Exercise. Follow the steps below:

• Login to your MedHelper app
• Tap on the Care Plan tab
• Tap on any Medication, Custom Activity, Measurement, Reminder or Exercise to view the details page
• Tap on the History tab
