Why are my reminders not working?

If your reminders are not working try the following:

• Make sure you are logged into the MedHelper app
• Make sure you have turned on the notifications for the MedHelper app in the settings section
• Make sure you have turned reminders on when setting up your medication, exercise or activity
• If you have an android phone make sure it is not in Battery Saver mode
