Report a Problem

We want to make it as easy as possible to notify us when you experience an issue. Follow the steps below to report a problem. You can also use this form to send us any feedback about your MedHelper experience.

• Login to your MedHelper app
• Tap on the 3 bars in the top left corner
• Tap on Report a Problem
• Using the "Submit a request" form provides us with your email address, the subject, and your message. You can also attach a relevant screenshot or other info to help explain your issue.
• Tap on the Submit button
