Adding a Note

You can associate a Note to an item in your Care Plan like a medication, activity or measurement. This is an excellent way to keep track of any side effects, issues, or general comments you might want to share with your Healthcare Professional. Follow the steps below:

• Launch your MedHelper app
• Visit the Schedule tab
• Select the item for which you want to record a Note (can be a completed item or an upcoming item)
• Tap on the +Note
• Enter in your Note content and tap Done
• Your Note will be saved and can be viewed in your Report or Dashboard history
