Manage your Profile

You can personalize My Active Health by adding your name and picture (or any creative substitute you may choose). Complete your health profile by adding your Date of Birth, Gender and Allergies. Here's how:

• Login to your My Active Health app
• Tap on the 3 bars in the top left corner
• Tap on Profile
• To add/edit a name:
  • Enter/edit the First Name and Last Name fields
• To add/edit a picture:
  • Tap on the camera icon
  • Choose either "Take Photo..." or "Choose from Library..."
• To add/edit Gender
  • Select a Gender from the drop-down list
• To add/edit Date of Birth
  • Enter your Date of Birth in the date picker
• To add/edit Allergies
  • Tap on the field below Allergies
  • Enter your allergies in a comma-separated list
  • Tap Done
• Tap on Save
