You can complete an exercise session from a notification or by clicking on the checkmark icon in your schedule. Performing either of these actions will take you to the first step in generating your personalized exercise routine. To generate your routine follow the below steps:
- Select your Energy Level. This will determine the length of the session and the number of exercises suggested.
- Indicate your areas of pain. This will exclude any exercises that may aggravate that part of your body.
- Confirm your available equipment. This will ensure you have all the equipment you need to perform the exercises.
Once you have completed the above steps you will see your Recommended Program. To begin your session tap Start.
For each exercise you will be displayed the following information:
- Exercise Name
- KMs earned
To complete an exercise tap Mark as Complete. You can always Undo a completed exercise later if you need it.
If there is an exercise you do not want to do tap Skip.
In the last exercise of your session tap End Session to log your KMs earned.
