Edit or delete a Care Plan item

You many need to change your Care Plan from time to time. We make it easy to edit or delete an existing item so that your treatment plan is always up to date. Here's how:

• Login to your My Active Health app
• Select the Care Plan tab
• Tap on the Item to view the details page
• Tap the three dots in the right corner
• Select Edit or Delete
