Logging your "Take as Needed" medications

In your Care Plan you can set up some items such as your pain medication without a scheduled time, because you only take them "as needed".

There are a few reasons you should keep track of your "Take as Needed" activities. If you log them as you take them My Active Health will provide you with your history. This will include the last time you took a dose, as most pain medications require an elapsed period before being able to take another. Most importantly, proper logging of your "as needed" activity will allow us to generate a meaningful report for you or your healthcare professional's use. It's simple and quick to do. Here's how:

• Login to your My Active Health app
• Tap on any Medication that was setup without Reminders
• On the bottom of the details page you will see a section where you can Take a dose
• Select the appropriate time and dosage and tap "Take"
