Add Items from a Healthcare Professional

When your healthcare professional sends items to your MedHelper app it will appear in your Care Plan as "Care Plan Items". Here's how to add these items to your Care Plan:

• Log into your MedHelper app
• Tap the Care Plan tab
• You will be displayed a list of Care Plan items
• Tap Next
• All item(s) it will appear in your care plan
