View Care Plan and Custom Program Reminders

There are two locations where you can view the reminders; in the Details page and in the Schedule. Here is how to access each location.

Details Page:

• Log into your MedHelper app
• Tap on the Care Plan tab
• Select a custom program (ex: Proxim Blood Glucose log) or another Care Plan item (ex: a medication or activity)
• The Reminders section displays a list of the reminders associated to this item

Schedule:

• Log into your MedHelper app
• Tap on the Schedule tab. You will be displayed a calendar of the current month
• A grey dot will be displayed on each day where there is an event
• Tap on the desired day to view all reminders that are scheduled
