Responding to Notifications

When your professional sends you a care plan and has setup notifications, all you need to do is respond to them. You can respond to a notification directly or by clicking on the event in your schedule. Here is how to do it:

Responding from a Notification:

• Once the notifications are scheduled you will start receiving them on your mobile device
• Simply tap on the notification to open the screen
• Select Take, Skip or Snooze

Responding from your Schedule

• Log into your MedHelper app
• Tap on the Schedule tab
• Select a day and tap on the desired event to open the notification screen (double check the time to ensure it is the correct one)
• Select Take, Skip or Snooze

If you have medications or activities setup with no schedule they are "As Needed". You can take an As Needed item by following the steps below.

• Log into your MedHelper app
• Tap on the Care Plan tab
• Tap on the item you wish to Take
• Select the appropriate time and tap on the Take/Complete button
