Activating Your Account

When your healthcare professional invites you to use MedHelper you will receive an invitation email with your Email and Temporary Password. Your Temporary Password is valid for 7 days. To activate your account follow the steps below:

• Download the MedHelper app from the Google Play or App Store
• Open the MedHelper app
• Enter your Email and Temporary Password (both are care sensitive)
• Tap Log In

If you require a new Temporary Password you can perform a password reset. If you are having issues activating your account email us or call us at 1-888-660-6630.
